Website Developer

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Proficient in Web/UI design/development (PHP, CSS, HTML).
A minimum of three years experience in web design and development.
Portfolio of past work showing an array of website and digital projects of varying scope and capabilities.
Basic knowledge of search engine optimization and WordPress environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments.
Ability to work with several CNO departments and other team members to accomplish large projects.
Must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities and meet deadlines with little supervision.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience in industry.
A stable internet connection consisting of at least 50 Mbps bandwidth speed up/down.
A personal computer (BYOD) to perform your duties remotely with minimal support and/or technical assistance.
Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications with Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP).
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and SQL.
Proficient in MySQL or similar database management systems.
Familiarity with SSH, BASH, PowerShell command-lines.
Dedicated team player with self-discipline.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology.
Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
High degree of independent judgment.
Able to solve complex problems.
