Tooling is designed and built in-house for progressive and single-hit stamping production, forming and bending operations, and welding.
The machine shop services include CNC & manual milling, turning, drilling, cut-to-length, surface grinding, and wire EDM. It also performs secondary operations including tapping, countersinking, and counterboring.
Our design and engineering team uses the most up-to-date forming and stamping simulation software to help you validate the final design before building the die. We design and manufacture custom tools and die designs to meet the exact specifications of your application. We can assist in material selection and identify potential problem areas to help you best design your metal part or assembly for manufacturability. Our in-house metal tooling department is staffed with the experienced tool and die makers to create new dies, inspection gages, fixtures, and components as well as required maintenance.
